GETTING STARTED
The first session will include an in depth postural analysis and will require the client to allow 75 minutes for this procedure. Any past medical history and contact details for existing and previous consultations with other health practitioners including osteopaths, physiotherapists, surgeons and the like should be submitted at this time.
It is important for us to be able to see your body so that we can gain a clear picture of your postural habits. Please wear what you find most comfortable. This can range from a leotard and tights to sports top and leggings, track suit bottoms or cycle shorts. You do not require any footwear apart from socks.

- Appointments are for a period of one hour duration unless otherwise agreed with the studio.
- We regret that a 24 hour cancellation policy is operational. Classes cancelled out with this period will be charged at the full rate.
- For ease of service please book by telephone
- All courses are payable in advance and are strictly non refundable or transferable. Courses of ten classes are valid for three months from the start date and packages of twenty are valid for five months.
- Gift vouchers are available on request.
- We regret that wahanda vouchers are not acceptable in conjunction with any other special offer.
