PERSONAL PILATES AT YOUR PLACE

Pilates Mat work classes can now be organised at your place of work or home for you and your friends. This is by special arrangement with the studio according to time of day and availability of teachers.  Group classes are for a maximum of 6 students at a time.  Bookings are taken for a course of six or ten weeks on the basis of a minimum of one class per week.  Fees may vary according to travel times to and from the venue. Here is a guideline for those of you in close proximity to the studio.
